Shipping and Returns Policy

How Long Will It Take Till I Get My Package?

The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays. All shipping prices include VAT.

Deliveries Within Mainland France

For orders within mainland France, standard shipping takes 2-3 business days for your order to arrive, for orders placed before 9 pm on working days. We offer standard shipping to your preferred address or you can pick up your order at the nearest La Poste office or its Pick-up point, whenever suits you best.

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Afrodistricts cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment due to conditions beyond our control such as weather, postal service interruptions, etc.

Free shipping within mainland France on orders over 100 euros.

Do you ship outside of Europe?

Yes, we do ship to countries outside of Europe.

For all orders from USA, Canada, Australia, China, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapour, Taiwan, Vietnam, Israel, Thailand and Japan.

All orders outside of the Eurozone may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. By placing an international order with us, you are consenting to paying the duties and taxes mandated by your country, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Afrodistricts will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered, as well as delivery rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address.

Products Inspection

You are required to inspect the delivered products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are “as expected” condition. In the event they are not in an “as expected” condition, please mail to sales@afrodistricts.com as soon as possible, with all necessary information (order, contact details and problem description) and including photographic proof.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

Afrodistricts employ several quality checks before a product is shipped. However, If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 30 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product, with regard to our Shipping Policy.

Returns

We are happy to accept order returns on any full-price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund to the original form of payment. All items must have their original tags and packaging. After 30 days of being delivered, all sales are FINAL. 

  • All products must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All products must have all original Afrodistricts tags still attached.
  • All products must be returned within 30 days after the delivery.
  • The shipping costs for returns outside of the Mailand France will not be covered by Afrodistricts.
  • Save your tracking code link as proof of shipping.

Exchanges

Exchanges For Eurozone Orders

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for Eurozone orders, when the product is defect. We will offer exchange for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging, with the return form fully filled in. Return costs for faulty items are covered by Afrodistricts. Refunds and exchanges will only be given on items returned within 30 days of receipt of the order. Items that are returned as faulty and are showing signs of damage which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damages.  As soon as we have received and approved your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business to process your refund.

Exchanges For Other Internaternational Orders

Please note that due to high international shipping rates, we do not offer exchanges for international orders at the moment.  If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. The shipping costs for returns will not be covered by Afrodistricts.

Refunds

We will notify you once your package gets back to us. Once we have verified the eligibility of items for return, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction after they have received information from us. Please note that shipping is non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Any item purchased during a promotional sale is eligible only for exchange (For orders within the Eurozone) or store credit for all orders.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
