To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

- Chest: Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
- Length: Measures straight from where the shoulder seam meets the collar to the hem.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from where the shoulder seam meets the armhole to the cuff.
- Waist Size: Measure straight across the top of the waistband from edge to edge.
- Hem: Measure around the hem of the garment.
- Shoulder: Measure from where the shoulder seam meets the sleeve on one side to the other side.
- Neck: Wrap the tape measure around the neck.
- Armhole: Measure along the armhole.
